• DPS strives to be good stewards of all resources. This includes the environment and our people. We consider the global environment beyond the Pacific Northwest and our impact on people around the world.

• DPS believes that ESG is the right thing to do for the planet, our communities, our economies, and for our clients’ financial health.

• We invest according to our ESG values outlined below. Six percent of our profits are donated to organizations that support our ESG directives. Currently, we are donating to (1) Bates Technical College, Transportation and Trades Program and (2) The Gig Harbor Land Conservation Fund.
